No Mediterranean dressing!!! OMGoodness!! What am I suppose to do??? I tried the Ranch dressing on my grilled house Zalad and it was not the same! I need Mediterranean!!!!! The ladies up front said they have discontinued!!! Noooooooooooo Zaxby’s is there any in the basement?? I’m serious!! Ugghhhhh

Shoutout to Kendra, she a real one for real. This place has a lot of potential but is managed poorly, it’s not 2020 ppl, covid was 4 years ago, okay? There should be zero reason for lobby closure, especially when Uber drivers and door dashers, are tryna make they money, and can’t due to the industry nowadays. You had 15 drivers jumping out of drive thru and came to the door… OnLy because of my customer? I sure hope this doesn’t happen no more. All our orders were just sitting in the back? You have a whole pickup shelf… don’t want thief’s? Place it behind the counter or something… I mean jeez it’s ridiculous since Covid. All businesses turned into zero customer service Walmart, Zaxby’s, Wendy’s, McDonald’s, five below almost all of the Dollar General… I think the biggest problem in today’s day and age is there is no more customer service. It’s self-serve customers… not everyone wants this, I mean, you could really be helping people with just good customer service. Example: person to walk in and had a really bad day. that one person behind the counter. Asks how they’re doing. Customer : you know what I’m not too great, but since you asked I’m a little better.. You have no idea what people who walk past you daily go through. I’m just saying this all it takes people. Make days, Not “time go by” -E

I had such an amazing and awesome experience for the first time at Zaxby’s! I have never felt so welcomed at any restaurant as a matter of fact. And I owe all my thanks to the staff employee Berry. He was so attentive and on point. I saw him helping his team members in the kitchen, front counter and drive through. He was smiling and laughing with customers while he took exceptional care with everyone he came into contact with. Thank you so much Berry!!!! Your amazing!!

The food and service at this location has been great recently. I would have rated them lower if the service was mediocre due to the fact that the place is not kept very clean, especially the bathrooms, windows, and doors. However, I am giving a generous 4 out of 5 for how nice everyone is every time I pick up my order or order inside. My order is always accurate as well. I will come back and edit my review if I see a substantial improvement of cleanliness. Review Continuation: After several times of returning to this location, nothing much changed as far as cleanliness. If that's not a problem for you, you may like stopping here. If you want cleanliness, stop at Buckner's down on exit 201 in Jackson. That place is kept well clean. I used to work there and the folks there keep one of the cleanest kitchens I've ever seen. Plus, the food is awesome. I will try and leave the rest of my review for Buckner's in its proper place. Stay tuned for more of my reviews!
